The hokki69 VIP system is designed so that every gaming activity you engage in delivers real, tangible value. Not only do you enjoy the games themselves — every wager you place also accumulates VIP Points that bring you closer to the next tier.
VIP Points are calculated based on total wagering completed — not on whether you win or lose. This means every session you play, regardless of the outcome, contributes to your VIP progress. For players who are active across multiple game types — slots, sports, bingo, and live dealer — your VIP Points accumulation rate can grow significantly faster.
VIP Points are more than just a number in your account — they can be redeemed for a range of benefits that deliver real value to your gaming experience at hokki69.
Convert your accumulated VIP points into cash credits in your account at a set rate based on your VIP tier.
Use VIP points to gain entry into exclusive hokki69 VIP tournaments featuring high-value prizes.
Use VIP points to accelerate your tier progression — handy when you are close to meeting the next tier's requirements.
Redeem your points for rewards from the hokki69 VIP catalogue — featuring electronics, accessories, and selected premium experiences.

Starting from the Gold tier, every hokki69 VIP member gets access to a dedicated personal VIP manager assigned specifically to your account. This is not just a general customer service line — your VIP manager understands your gaming history, your preferences, and can resolve any issue faster than standard support channels.
Hokki69 VIP Managers operate through easily accessible channels — you can reach them directly via a dedicated VIP live chat that is separate from general customer support, or through the messaging channel provided in your account. For Diamond members, your VIP Manager is available exclusively around the clock — no long wait times, no different agent every time you get in touch.
Many online gaming platforms have VIP programs, but not all VIP programs are created equal. Some hand out the "VIP" label yet the actual benefits feel barely different from a standard membership. At hokki69, we believe a VIP program only means something if the difference is genuinely felt — from how withdrawals are processed and issues are resolved, to the rewards that actually reach your hands.
Weekly cashback is one of the most valued benefits among hokki69 VIP members. Unlike deposit bonuses that come with wagering requirements, hokki69 VIP cashback is credited as real cash that can be withdrawn with no additional conditions. This means the 7% cashback for Gold members is real money added to your balance every Monday — not bonus credit that needs to be rolled over multiple times before withdrawal.
One of the most anticipated perks for hokki69 VIP members is access to exclusive tournaments not open to regular members. These tournaments are held at set intervals — monthly for Gold and Platinum tiers, weekly for Diamond — with a different competition format each time depending on the chosen theme.
Hokki69 VIP Tournaments are not just about who wins the most — there are also formats like "Most Consistent Player" that reward disciplined play over a set period, or "Leaderboard Bingo" which tracks points based on accumulated bingo wins within a week. These varied formats ensure there is an opportunity for all types of VIP players — not just those who wager the biggest.
For Platinum and Diamond members, hokki69 rewards your loyalty with gifts that go beyond account credits. The hokki69 VIP reward catalogue features a range of premium options — the latest smartphones, branded watches, high-end gaming accessories, and local travel packages curated exclusively for Diamond members.
These rewards are not offered on a lucky draw basis — they are gifts you can redeem using your accumulated VIP points, or hand-selected gifts from your VIP manager on special occasions such as your birthday or your membership anniversary with hokki69. This is how we appreciate every VIP player as an individual, not just a number in the system.
One of the most frustrating experiences in online gaming is winning big but being unable to withdraw the full amount due to limits that are set too low. hokki69 ensures VIP members never face this issue — withdrawal limits increase significantly with every tier upgrade, with Diamond members enjoying unlimited daily withdrawals.
Beyond higher limits, the withdrawal process for VIP members is also faster. Manual processing that typically takes several hours for regular members is completed in a shorter timeframe for Gold members and above, and near-instantly for Diamond members with the support of a dedicated personal VIP Manager who handles your withdrawals directly.
18+ The VIP Program is for adult members who play responsibly. Responsible Gaming.
The hokki69 VIP Program is designed not merely to attract new players, but to build lasting relationships with players who have chosen us as their primary platform. This means our VIP benefits are structured to deliver ongoing value — not just in the first month, but in the sixth and twelfth as well.
One principle we hold firmly at hokki69 is transparency. VIP program terms are stated clearly and do not change without notice. Once you reach Gold tier, your Gold benefits are guaranteed as long as you maintain the minimum required activity. There are no hidden "surprises" that reduce your benefits without reasonable prior notice.
To us, every hokki69 VIP member is more than just a customer — you are a valued partner we genuinely care about. This is the core principle behind every decision we make in designing and running our VIP program.
